A downloadable game for Windows

A Peashooter who's gotten himself stuck in the visual style of the PvZ franchise from after 2013 must defend himself from the undead of the past, and in the process must justify his own existence.

This is a remaster of something I made almost ten years ago (which means this is almost a retro game for real!) when I as a teenager had a strong distaste of the updated art style for PvZ2. I had a lot of gripes about "looking like plastic" and the lack of a certain kind of realism I liked in PvZ1.

This project always hung over my head, living in the back of my mind rent-free. The original 2015 version was honestly pretty shoddily made, unbalanced, not all that fun, and very buggy and janky, especially player movement - but all of that is fixed now!

In this Remaster, I've gone through and refactored everything about the game, from the original project files no less! I even made a point about doing this remaster in GameMaker 8.1, the software I originally used for the 2015 version of this game, because I wanted to make sure the Remaster was possible via only the tools I would have had in 2015.

This will not be updated further.
